Meet Your Trainers

Erin Yanowitch
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education with a specialization in Health Promotion. I have been a private trainer, nutritional consultant, and group exercise instructor for 20 years. I am also a Pilates Instructor (PMA), as well as a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM) and certified pre/postnatal Pilates instructor. I combine my knowledge from all these areas to guide my clients’ workouts to achieve their specific goals quickly, effectively, and enjoyably.
Emmanuel Diaz
Given the scope of experience and knowledge I've gained over the years as an Athletic Training Student at Florida State University, I have had the opportunity to work with all populations of people under physical training and rehabilitative settings. I was also a part of the research institute at FSU where our main focus was sports nutrition and understanding how to optimize it for performance and longevity. I have worked as a technician with physical therapists in helping patients reduce back pains, pain-inducing posture, and muscular imbalances. My mission here is to help create the proper template necessary to help achieve one's self-gratifying goals.


Mandy Twardowski
I am an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Specialist, and a USAT Level I Triathlon Coach. My love of fitness and nutrition started at a young age and I quickly realized that it would become my career. After obtaining my B.S. in Culinary Nutrition and moving from my native Rhode Island to Florida, I began a two-year internship with a certified strength and conditioning coach before getting certified as a personal trainer. For the past 10 years, I have worked with clients of all ages and abilities, including triathletes, fitness enthusiasts, and those needing rehabilitation. I specialize in strength training, weight loss, functional training, and sport-specific training. As a competitive triathlete and runner, when I’m not lifting weights in the gym, you’ll find me swimming, biking, or running.
